Getting Started
Raven works on any web-browser and android application.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
An active Ginalne Account
An active Pro and linked into Raven Subscription
Allowed API Integration Subscription and Access to your Generated API Key (for third-party integration)
Familiarity with REST API and tools like Postman or cURL (for developers)
Optional: Integration with messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or your own chat system)
Basic Concepts
Here are the core components and phrase you'll interact with:
| Persona | A person/entity you communicate with—like a customer, client, or target user. |
| User | A person/entity using Raven like an admin, staff or team member. |
| Contact | A social media or chatting media that available to use (e.g., phone number, Telegram ID, email). |
| Bot | An AI or automated agent that can send/respond to messages or doing analysis. |
| Topic | The room of chats that can be filled with one or many Persona, indicate the related chats into description |
| Message | The actual text/image sent from you (as a Bot or as a User) or receive by Persona. |
Try Send Message
Here a brief step to starts sending message with whatsapp:
Sign in to your Ginalne Account
Select available Pro to use
Create your first Persona (e.g., “John Doe”).
Add a Contact (e.g., whatsapp phone number)
Check or Connect to your messaging platforms (e.g, whatsapp) on menu Setting
Create New Persona Topic (e.g., “My First Topic”) with your first Persona
Write some message on chatbox and send
